My seller always tries her very best to accommodate all your requests given prior to the event. However, there are still times where Belift has full authority what occurs in the fansign that are beyond the capabilities of the seller and me.
- The member cannot be liable for any minor mistakes in the spelling or pronunciation of your name, as the seller always presents the right spelling. Please understand that Enhypen does not have English as their first language, and the member writes slower in English than Korean (time is an important factor in fansigns, so we suggest that you be open in having your name written in Korean in case). We ask for your patience and understanding on behalf of the members!
- When I receive your draft requests/messages/questions, I always seek for the advice of my KR seller in order to confirm it’s possible. And she gives advice/suggestions too. Please be open to suggestions in case the seller can't accommodate your request (there will always be a good reason, though!)
- For online fansigns: My seller and I are not liable if ever external factors such as staff interruption/strictness, time constraints, audio, or internet connection in ENHYPEN’s fansign venue affect the output of the fansign slot.
